Sinful Colors Love Sprinkles over Sinful Colors Pink Smart

Hello my pretties!

Are we ready for Valentine's?  My daughter started kindergarten this year, so this is a pretty busy weekend for us getting treats and cards ready for her classmates (45 kids!).  Naturally, I'm ultra hyped-up for the V-day and I just couldn't wait any longer to share today's polishes, which have been hanging out in my neglect-files for a few weeks.  They are not part of the same display, but rather they are both lone new-shades in their respective collections, which happened to pop up together at Walgreens and must have confused a few associates, because they were together when I found them.  I decided to share them together because I think they go really well.  Let's jump right in!

China Glaze The Giver Collection Swatches

 *Purchased by me*

Hello there my pretties!  I am a little bit giddy as I type this post.  You know how sometimes life becomes awesome on all fronts for no apparent reason?  I am going through one of those phases right now.  Things have just been going really well for me and what started as a super crappy year has turned into a memorably awesome one, to say the least.  You guys, I went back to work last week, after five years!  Ahhh, it feels so good, I feel like my makeup has a purpose each morning when I get ready for work!  LOL!  Anyways, I am technically on a 30-day probation, so I hope I am not jinxing myself by sharing this now because I really like it, but I am feeling pretty confident one week in.  I'll let you guys know if I passed probation it in about three weeks!

The collection I am sharing with you guys today, I have been figuratively sitting on since this summer!  I had initially thought about passing a few of these shades up, but now I am SO happy I got them, because I also got a ton of lashes!  Sally's was running an offer where you got a free pair of Ardell lashes with the purchase of two China Glaze polishes at the time.

Anyways, here is the China Glaze The Giver collection!!!

China Glaze All Aboard Collection Swatches (Picture Heavy!)

*Purchased by me*

Hello everyone, I am SO happy to share today's collection with you guys!  I should apologize for making today's post so picture heavy.  I actually considered splitting it into two posts, but one of the things I like about this collection the most is the way these colors look together, so.  Sorry but not really. ;)

I had shared Choo Choo Choose You with you guys back here, and it is still my favorite in this bunch, but let's go have a look at the rest of the gorgeous, gorgeous China Glaze All Aboard Collection.

China Glaze History of the World - The Giver Collection

*Purchased by me*

I stopped by my Sally's Thursday and was super happy to see that The Giver Collection had finally arrived.  I saw Phoebe's swatches over at Glimpses of the Moon and had been stalking my stores waiting for it, so I picked up three shades that day and was planning on returning for the rest this weekend, but the  extra 50% off clearance that is going on right now put the brakes on that for at least another week.  I went a little bit overboard.  I had told Chuckles to hold me back and stop me from purchasing any more polishes until my swatch situation gets under control, but of course the second they threw a LE in the mix the plan changed.  "I'll just pick these up" I told myself on Thursday.  Then Friday came the flash sale and my good intentions of self control and measure went down the drain.  I don't know guys, how could I not buy all the $1 China Glaze and Orly's?  Couldn't walk away from it.  I may need therapy...  In any case, here is one of the three polishes I picked up from this collection: History of the World by China Glaze.

Jenna Hipp The New Brights Collection

*Gift*

Hello my pretties!  I am super excited to share today's post with you guys!  First of all, if you haven't heard about Jenna Hipp before (like me!), it probably means you are not a Hollywood based celebrity (like me!) because she is a celebrity manicurist (not that I knew that before this!).  I am going to share my swatches first and then give you my thoughts, how these babies got to me and where you can find them at the bottom of the post (spoiler alert: they are dreamy!).

So, without further ado, here is The New Brights collection from Jenna Hipp.

Sinful Colors Mint Tropics

Hola hola amigos, how is everyone's Saturday going?  I am loving this day: first of all, the weather seems to be catching on to the fact that it isn't summer yet!  We had some terribly hot days last week but today was exceptionally pleasant, mid 80's here in the CA central valley, so that was really nice since we spent a good chunk of time outdoors.  On top of that, we took our kiddo to watch Maleficent and you know what?  We loved it.  I LOVED IT!  I know there's been a few negative reviews on it but I don't really see why!  Angelina Jolie was awesome in it, I bet it had to be the role of a lifetime for someone with so much love for kiddos and a dark-leaning past.  Don't worry, I won't discuss the movie details here, but that's what's been up in my neck of the woods... email me if you really want some spoilers!  :)

Anyways...

I am back to sharing some Sinful Colors love with you guys, today we have Mint Tropics.
