Hello my pretties, today I have a brand new shade from Milani's new Textured Creams Collection, it's called Velvety Violet.  I only picked up this shade so far, but I am certainly going back for more this weekend, I think it's lovely, let's have a look!

A few weeks ago, Mr Chuckles (my husband) called me from Walgreens, very excited, to ask if I had a specific Milani shade.  I instantly knew I didn't; I don't own many Milani polishes and I am not sure as to the reason for the neglect, but I only own about ten.  Actually, I don't think they go on sale much, most of the ones I have are basically discontinued shades I picked up on clearance.  There have been awesome exceptions of course, like here, or here, where I actually bought them the first time I saw them.

In any case, Mr Chuckles sounded real giddy and must have experienced something similar, because he came home with this:

Hi everybody, I am back, a year older!  Yesterday was my birthday (thirty five, yikes!) so I have been busy celebrating all week :)  Now that I am older and wiser, I'm ready to get back to normal life and today I am sharing another beauty from Milani, this time the name is Sugar High.  Take a look!

I am ultra impressed by Milani Right now.  I didn't really pay much attention to them in terms of nail polish until I came across a bottle of Totally Cool at the Dollar Tree (you might remember it, I posted about it here) and I loved it!  Well, I was walking through the make-up isle at my local K-Mart last night and found a box with a bunch of new Milani polishes!  It's their spring collection, and there are tons of matte glitters, holographic glitters, and glitter bombs in general.  I snagged my two favorites up and today I am sharing with you one of them: Sugar Rush.

Milani Totally Cool & L'oreal Miss Pixie Make Decent Unicorn Pee!

I hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween and Dia de los Muertos weekend, It was awesome and super busy for us!  Boy, am I glad to be able to sit here and sip on my coffee and blog with my pretty nails while my husband takes care of our kiddo, life feels perfect... now!

Not having ever experienced unicorn pee type nail polish left a hole in my soul, so I set out to patch it RIGHT. MEOW! (Super Troopers anyone?)   I am pretty happy with the results.  :)
